Incompetence reaches a new level in internet

Biggest bunch of incompetence I have experienced in my life. It's been 3 months now of paying for no service for my eldest in Stellenbosch. We had to get an alternative Krypton Web that is now working 100% since these clowns has made promises since day one and not a day of serv ice yet, Funny though the only thing that does work is they bill like absolute clockwork every month irrespective of the fact that we have not had a day's service
