Incompetence
I have never dealt with such incompetence before, I have asked rain for two sim cards due to a hijacking and one was delivered the other cancelled as per rains request, that is what CDC couriers say. Really what kind of service is this if I log into Rain, I get this message Your SIM swap is pending, order: ***.
