Incompetence and lazy support staff

Even a 1 star rating is too much for these guys.

The sim in my router stopped working a few days ago, all their support teams know is to tell me that i must restart the router. for days now that's all I've been hearing.

Instead of actually sending me a new sim card or actually or a new router, they'd rather repeat the same ******* to me.

Guys, if you don't want to do your jobs just let me know so i can stop trying to get actual service from you
