Incompetence
Rain is a waste of money. Paid my account haven't had internet the whole month coz they can't sort it their issues and signal. They never call u back on your tickets you maybe lucky if you manage to reach them telephonically. They promise u all sorts and.don't deliver I rather pay more than deal with their incompetence. They get the award for the worst service ever.
