Incompetence

This piece of **** rain. I have just received a message stating that they tried debiting my account as l am I. Arrears!!?!? Which l am not. I have been hearing people complain about rain and have been defending them blindly but l have seen the truth today. They keep missing my debit order date so as a result l have started making manual payments. I then decided to download the app as suggested by one of their people and changed the debit order date to the 1st to try and accommodate them and next to I v l know they claim l am owing them money. What the actual **** ????????!!?🤬l have never been so ****ed off in my life
