Incompetant Service Provider
I can provide proof on e mails and recordings of the lying and incompetance of Rain staff. I subscribed to them late in January and paid the R479 price plan that I requested. Further I told them I will pick up my own Rain sim from Clicks which I have done. It was a 2 week mission to activate it. In that 2 week period I spoke to almost all agents in their employment list. Everyone has a different story or way to do a swop back to what I payed for in the first time. Please is there some of you with all the name and shame websites that ever existed and still exist. I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE OUT THERE NOT TO EVER TRY AND USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.
