Incompetant

I called Rain to get them to understand that my son who ordered the product will not be able to receive the product himself as he works on 4 different sites everyday and that he will not be able to give them an address at all for delivery of where he is. So we gave my work address for delivery as nobody will be at home. But they so adamant on him being there personally to receive the sim card. I even suggested that my son goes to get an affidavit to deliver with me. That does not suite them at all. We even asked if this can be collected on a weekend, not even that is possible regarding covid 19. So in other words they are *********** and can not assist you in any way possible. They would rather loose a client and waist their money trying to deliver to an unknown address. You cant speak to a manager cause all are working from home. The only option they give you is to cancel and they will refund you. What they forget is that there is bank cost involved for me.
