INCCORECTLY BILLED FOR DATA OR LEVEL 2 CHANGE

I have just tried calling rain and as usual I got disconnected.

I downloaded my account and saw a second charged at R434.78 which amounts to R500.

*** this amount is for God only knows. I remember trying to do a level change but cancelled it again. According to the account I have used 540.21 GIGS on the rain sim which is impossible as I only had about a max data of approx 5 or 6 gigs . Where the hell does the 540.21 gigs and R434.78 IS A MISTAKE AND DEMAND A CREDIT IMMEDIATLEY!!
