Inadequate support: try answering the phones!

"Sales" will answer the phone every time, but no such luck with support!

Tried to set up my new service today, but could neither connect to the network nor obtain any help whatsoever. Companies that do not adequately staff their call centres should stay out of the telecommunications industry. Productive people do simply not have the time to hang around for hours, waiting for the phone to be answered.

I have just cancelled. That might be a record in bad service.
