Inadequate internet services
What to do? Is has been two weeks and still no internet. First it was maintenance, now the technicians are diligently working to resolve the problem. The internet connection was fine the whole month until maintance was performed. How is this possible? I have paid for service and now I am not getting it. Stop feeding your customers lies and just provide the services that is and was paid for. Money does not grow on trees and we expect to get what we paid for.

It is now three weeks and still internet connection not fixed. The above messages was send as part of communication, but still it does not fix the issue I'm sitting with. Does it really take so long to fix a problem which was not there and only occurred because of maintenance? So what will the excuse be this time?
