Inadequate, appalling Service

I ve been trying to get someone to assist me with connectivity the since early afternoon...and when I finally got through I cant get assistance cause the people who are suppose to assist have gone home but "but sir we will have someone to call you" and will never call you back. I 've you send messages through their website they will send you an email saying " help is the way and no one will ever call you to assist. I dont know why if they cant offer assistance, why do they keep asking people to support their business by buy their product only receive an inadequate, appalling service. This company just leaves a bad taste in ones mouth.
