****IN CANCEL THIS YOU ****** COMPANY, PIECE OF ****

I haven't been using this rain account for years now, based on the service being ****. I stopped using it and had an outstanding amount which Easton Berry Attorneys contacted me to settle. I've made two payments so far. I've just received a notification stating I owe R998,00 ***!!!!!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME HOOOOWW!!!!! LIKE ***!!!!! I've just logged in now and my outstanding balance is R162,00 or R178,63, I am also not too sure coz they quoting two amounts, how dumb is that? Y'all are trying to swindle money off me, my ASS that is, piece of **** company. ***** this is, ****in FRAUUUUD!!!! I am just gutted and disgusted at the level of ****** and untrustworthiness. I need this **** canceled now, and I mean now. Why is this thing still active, why, If I am under collections? CANCEL THIS **** NOOOOOWWWW!!!!!! I DON'T NEED THIS.

Please advise based on our previous resolution my account was brought down to zero and my account was canceled. I've just logged in to check and I have an outstanding balance of R16.10 for some reason, if you go under my orders there's one active for Unlimited-off peak, what is that, and who activated that? I am getting frustrated and confused now, what's happening? Can you guys delete my information from your system completely, a right to erasure if I am not mistaken?

And please sort out Easton Berry Attorneys, those guys are still harassing me, it's different numbers all the time and SMSes, please I can't live like this. They still ******ing money from me.
