"Improved Service but Nighttime Speeds Still Disappointing"

I’ve been using Rain WiFi for three years now. During the first two years, I constantly experienced connection issues. However, I appreciate that the network problems were resolved last year.

That said, I’m still facing one ongoing issue—every night after 6 PM, my download speed slows down significantly, dropping to between 8Mbps and 15Mbps. I’ve contacted Rain support three times regarding this, and while it sometimes improves, the problem keeps coming back.

Rain, please listen to your customers. It feels like you’re ignoring these recurring issues instead of providing real solutions. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the network speed during peak hours.
