Improved service

The last time a made a review about rain I had the most horrible experience with them, and one of their agents got I touch with me to come up with a a solution which suggested that I get the out door antenna though he was no guaranteeing that it wold work and said that they will deliver one to me since the last two week it has improved a bit , but not yet satisfactory but I can work with it at the moment and will be sure to write reviews as the service improves. Well done for showing initiatives to solve the problem
