Improved Service

I originally had a pretty negative experience with Rain and even left a 1-star review back in 2024. Since then, I decided to give them another chance, and I’m really glad I did.

I signed up for their home WiFi with the 101 router, and the difference has been night and day. The connection has been consistently smooth, reliable, and exactly what I was hoping for on a backup connection. Speeds are solid, and I haven’t had any of the issues I experienced before.

It’s rare that a company actually turns things around like this. If this level of service continues, I’m very happy to stay a customer.
