Improved customer experience this time round

Rain's overall customer experience has vastly improved in the last couple of months. I ordered the unlimited 4G sim in May- delivery was slow and a number of support email requests were responded to late.The network speed was aslo slow at times. I recently upgraded to their standard 5G package. The router and sim was delivered just two days after ordering which was very impressive. And the network speed and qaulity is vastly better. Very impressed.
