Impressive service

For the 1st time in history i was impressed by Rain service... on Saturday the 7th I spoke to a gentleman i forgot his name this was after speaking to 2 ladies, the 1st lady hung up on me after 4 minutes on a call, i called again spoke to another lady spent over 10 minutes issue couldn't be resolved, the 2nd lady was very kind she called me back & connect me with the manager I forgot his name(Indian name)who resolved my issue within a minute and he called back as our lines kept disconnecting, Excellent Service!!!!
