Impressed by Jeane lady, a worker at rain

I don't always get the best service from rain workers but this time I had a person named Jeane.. a lady named Jeane who was extremely helpful. We spoke for 20 minutes and she was very patient she was very helpful and she explained everything very clearly for me so I was a very impressed with their service this time
