Impossible to stop or communicate

I Signed up with rain via the website and then received a call very quickly. However what a disaster signing up with RAIN. first the delivery was a disaster ended up with me having to go fetch the unit, then upon activation we discovered that there is no backup battieres so when the power goes off there goes the internet so I cannot work . I ended up cancelling the contract within my 7 days... this ended up in a headache , cancelled the order on the 9th November 2021, even received a reference .. ***8. Suppose to be cancelled within 24hours today the 12th November 2021, 3 days later guess what, contract has still not been cancelled . Getting intouch with them is not an option website offers no assistance, Ended up having to request a call by the new signup page so that I can receive any communication back from them. Rain has little to NONE customer support and would not recommend RAIN TO ANYONE.

If you call in on 081 v*** you call gets left either no answer or just gets cut.
