IMPOSSIBLE TO RICA WITH RAIN - STAY AWAY!!!
Rain is absolutely impossible to deal with!! I bought 2 SIM cards two weeks ago and we are still not able to RICA!! They have my landlords ID, bond registration, and our ID’s but still refuse the proof of residence!! What’s next?! A DNA sample??? All whilst they are holding onto our money.. I already purchased 2 SIM cards and wanted to get 5G for our home, but will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. STAY AWAY.. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE!!

The email is ***. Luckily I didn’t order all 3 at the same time otherwise I would have been even more out of pocket than I currently am. We don’t have statements with the address as we just moved in.

I am still waiting for senior management to contact me.. and at the same time I have another consultant contacting me saying payment wasn’t allocated.. and notification from RAM that they are delivering today!!! What they are delivering no one knows!! Your customer service is absolutely shocking!!
