Impossible to reach

Wow, poor service. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of Rain. They are pathetically slow with deliveries and seem to struggle to give straight answers to questions (if you manage to get a hold od them after sitting hours in a waiting line because you cannot call them).

I opened a 5G contract with them having to wait an undefined amount of time. I contacted them a few times anf they never could tell me when to expect delivery. After this I opened a line with Afrihost which was able to do next-dy-delivery. I found that contrary to their coverage map there is no service at my location. Contacted them (once again at unnecessary effort) to cancel. It took them a week to pick up the device and my account still has not been credited.

As for their 4G (backup plan), its cellular so really unstable. The signal comes and goes
