Impossible to contact

I am writing a review once again since it seems to be the only way to contact these people. I requested that my plan be canceled and my account be closed a month ago, yet they are still trying to bill me. Do not even try to use this company, their customer service is non-existent and it's impossible to get a hold of anyone.
