Impossible to change banking details

Still waiting for someone to contact me to change my banking details! The debit order will bounce and then what? Can you at least provide your banking details so I can pay the account myself then?

If only that worked. I get an error every time on PC and on mobile it doesn't even work. I am requesting that you remove the old card details immediately and I will pay the account myself from now on
