Impossible to cancel subscription with RAIN - no support, poor service.

I've been trying to cancel my rain subscription for some time now but finding it impossible. I keep getting billed each month for a service that I haven't used in months and yet am unable to get out of.

I've tried multiple ways to cancel, with no success. I can't cancel on their website as there is an outstanding balance. I tried calling but can't reach them via their support line, I'm just put on hold for a long time. I tried the sales line hoping they would at least be responsive to a potential sale - nothing there either. I sent an email to *** - email address was not found. I would have gone to their offices, but they don't deal with walk ins. I don't know what to do and its terribly upsetting to be locked into something I no longer want and yet cannot opt out of.
