Impossible to cancel Rain subscription

Rain makes it extremely difficult to cancel accounts. I called on 12 May 2026 to cancel my account, because there's no way to cancel your account on the app or website. Rain knows exactly what they're doing; make it nearly impossible to cancel your account so that clients just give up trying. Anyway, I was charged R309 on 1 June 2026 for an account that should've been cancelled. Now they tell me it was never cancelled. I'm trying to cancel via Whatsapp but the sms OTP to move forward with the process is not coming through to my number. RAIN IS *****S! BE AWARE!
