Impossible to cancel or contact RAIN

It is impossible to cancel your subscription to RAIN and just as impossible to contact anyone at RAIN to discuss the problem. The only communication options are the website chatbot that premisses that someone from RAIN will contact you (which they don't) or the their google maps listed phone number which take you to an operator at an offs**** call centre who promises that someone from RAIN will contact you which they don't. The only way to cancel your RAIN service is to cancel your credit card with all the problems that causes you.
