Impossible cancellation

First of all you do not cancel your subscriptions sameway you do them which is via the phone... You must send a request online which you reply in the emails n say you will call back for assistance. You continue taking money from my account and i or the bank can not stop or reverse your transaction. I am still waiting for you to cancel my subscription and return my money that you took. You have a good service when one subscribe with you but to cancel is just nonsense. I wish you would spend the same energy for cancellation like when activating an account.
