STILL NO ASSISTANCE,

I CALLED TO FIND OUT IF I CAN UPGRADE THEY SAY I CANT I NEED TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING R589 FINE I THEN ASK IF IM PAYING IN ADVANCED OR ARREARS THEY TELL ME IM PAYING FOR JULY THIS MONTH, WE ARE IN AUGUST THEY DONT KNOW HOW THEIR BILLING WORKS I WAS ON A CALL FOR 16 MIN AND NO ONE IS ABKE TO ASSIST, YOU ARE QUICK TO WANT YOUR MONEY BUT IM HAVING CONNECTIVITY ISSUES FOR MONTHS AND YOU CANT EVEN HELP ME
