******, imbeciles, ZERO customer service drive

I am so unhappy with the level of service I have been receiving from Rain. Their collections depth sent me a discount sms and I paid the required amount but now the migration or reinstatement they spoke about in the sms they are no longer assisting me with. They taking me from pillar to post, literally is escalating something. This is really not that deep! You give me an offer, I hold my end of the bargain you should hold yours. I am f***n tired of calling y'all since last week R100s and R100s worth of airtime, spending hours and hours on the phone. It's infuriating!!! You will fish your stupid router at the Jukskei river, you ******!!!
