Imaginary ARREARS for NO USAGE
I have not used my sim for about +/- 4 months now but I was shocked to see that Rain says my account is in arrears by R1044.53 ??? How do I accumulate a bill if they promote their sim as not being a contract. What am I paying for if I haven't used it???? The sim has been sitting in our cupboard but we are being charged for God knows what. Surely this is some sort of ****
