I’m very disappointed
I am very disappointed,I have been a client for years,on Month to Month with no commitment.to my biggest surprise I owe rain so much and I don’t even know where it coming from .I logged a complaint no body reached out ,than I got an sms stating that they will cancel my contract,I logged another complaint,still no body reached out and today I got an sms stating that I should schedule a day for a collection of the router ….is that how you treat your loyal clients ?

That is exactly the problem because I haven’t been using my internet connection and I joined rain because it was month to month with no contract so did it get to that ?
