I'm very disappointed

I'm very disappointed with this system, I'm still waiting for a call since yesterday, i asked for a link I got I paid after I'm told the money went to promise to pay account I'm told to be reconnect I must pay again, but my promise to pay is only on the 25th August, I tried to call no help all my 100 gone since be waiting to get help, like where do I get extra money to pay again, I've been trying to change my banking details on the app it takes me back to the old account I just give up, anyone know which cheap Sim I can use and cancel rain

Can i please get someone to help me cause I called the guy who helped me says he can't help me, and please cancel this ask rain thing unless we get proper help, I'm in this problem because of the ask rain app thing, so please someone who understands better can they call me now
