Im very disappointed

Its been over 5 days with no internet. I have logged a call with no contact. I use this for work and personal. I t is really affecting my productivity. Even if i discontinue what will I do with this tower. We work really hard to keep up with payments but this is what we get for keeping up with payment. There is no communication whatsoever to what is happening. I'm expecting this to be fixed within 24hours as i need to make payments tomorrow
