I'm totally disappointed with their so called support section - purchased router in Aug 2022 suddenly went off in Jan - no longer in service 😢 for no reason ,when I called in thy promised to courier new one

I'm totally disappointed with their so called support section - purchased router in Aug 2022 suddenly went off in Jan - no longer in service 😢 for no reason ,when I called in thy promised to courier new one . No contact or whatsoever to date send emails n called almost every week - mind you I paid on the 15 Jan router went off 17 Jan but nobody got back to my emails called 5 different consultants n pleaded to be assisted all of them kept promising to send a technician but dololo till today 23 Feb😔 The only solution was to order a new device which im awaiting - Rain is very good and fast with orders/delivery but not willing to assist when you encounter problems.
