I’m sorry I ever heard of the name Rain internet services.

We requested a router for WiFi from Rain on Monday 21/06/2021. We were told delivery would take place in 3 days. Delivery was eventually on day 5 on Saturday. We called Rain for activation and we were told it would take between 2-24hrs. 24 hours later we made another call. We have spoken to about 5 people and every time we call it’s with a new person who wants details afresh. One, Thandeka gave us a reference number, that seemingly does not mean anything. Mind you, payment was requested and made on the first day.
