Im so disappointed ☹️ on how Rain is failing in providing good customer service, And this is the reason I left them last year 2021 and opted to another service provider , but the problem I relocated to another place and unfortunately only rain is available in this area hence I went back, but it’s still failing to provide good customer service, their call centre customer service is worse nightmare, I doubt even their staff went on training for customers service. I ordered 4G SIM card on the 20th Dec , immediately made a payment, but it’s still today I haven’t received my sim card due to courier guys that don’t know they job . I called Rain and I was told there’s nothing they can do , I was taken from pillar to post . I’m so disappointed and rain deserves Zero rating . Please call me on my number *** .
