I'm sick of rain .

My mother lives in Mayville Pretoria an elderly woman who needs internet and we constantly have issues then they say payments are not up to date but it's a depit order and there is money in that account every month for the depit order , they fixed it now they off line apparently according to rain they offline currently but neighbors are online they have internet but the connection is bad my mom has heart condition and I would like this sorted out of I will have to change to network ,asap I really need it sorted by the end of the night, I don't know why but they won't log a call to fix it tonight. They say it has to do thier servers.
