I'm paying for nothing..no service is being rendered.

After thousands of calls, emails and complaints still nothing has been done, still my router isn't working, still have to buy data while I suppose to internet at home, this is really disappointing...oh let me not forget the fact they quick to debit but still nothing has been done, they customer service succccckkkks, and all they tell you is move the damn thing till it works, like really.. after 2 months nd still nothing..
