I'm not sure about rain as an organisation yet, was using their product for the last 3 years, dropped it last year and picked it up again just now, they had very bad customer service which at that time was almost non existence, however the company now offers 2 sim cards and the customer service has improved, I hope its not only Jared who is competent, I hope they clone him.
