I'm new and just placed an order with Mihlali, she is very helpful and caring. She clarifies everything related to my future billing although she almost forgot that I want to pick up my black box at rondebosch instead of Greenpoint. I do believe she's still on top of her game on customer service. Hope this motivates her when she gets negative customers👊🏼
