I'm having major connectivity issues

I'm having major connectivity issues. I spoke to Nikhil Shriram Raut, he was very polite, incredibly helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed our interaction. The next time I have a problem with my internet, I wish Nikhil would be the one to assist me. This was by far the best interaction I've ever had with a call centre agent (and there were many)
