I'm getting tired of rain!!

I'm kind of getting fed up now and feel that rain is really taking a person for a fool.

I complained about an issue I am currently having and been having for months. I don't have a constant internet connection. My connection drop every 30-60 minutes.

I recieved a call today from one of the agents , but I was at work , he said he fixed the problem on their side and all I had to do was reset my router.

So I got home, I reset my router , all excited that all have a constant connection.

Do a speed test , results were pathetic 400 ping with 0.15 download speed.

And then guess what .... after 30 minutes my connection disappeared again !!!!
