I'm done with rain I want my refund ans cancelation
On the 22nd of May 2024 I called rain to cancel my subscription but they said they will escalate my matter to the cancellation department and they didn't call me,I called their cancellation department and they said they will get back to me ,I called them again on the 30th May same thing happened, no one called me back and mind you they deducted my monthly fee on the 25th even though I asked them for cancelation on the 22nd
Honestly I'm sick and tired of rain this is my second time complaining using this platform and it seems its the only way they will get back to me besides hellopeter.com no one come back to me
Inshort I need my refund and cancelation of their service
