Im done with Rain
I wrote a great review for Rain 2 years and 2 months ago. After another week of no internet connection J have had enough. I signed up with a different service provider and will cancel my Rain service within the next week. I phoned the call centre....Im on the wrong tower. Log a complaint on their app and got told all towers are off. At leist get the story / excuse straight!

27 Sept 2022, 05:28I have phoned en written emails and listen to promises. No internet for the third week now. You guys have obviously given up or you just cannot restore the service. Ill cancel my service on the 1st of October. Ive subscribed to another service that actually work.
