I'm disappointed about the service of rain

I'm writing this because rain took extra money from my acc and they were supposed to take 595 rand as they told me the time I bought the rain but now the took 1130 rand they took extra 535 I'm not happy about this !!! That they told extra money and which it was said that my first payment will start on the first on May which is today !!!
