I'm busy with a court case so that I can have peace of mind and get each cent back that you are currently costing me as well as lawyers fees if I win the court case. I will not stop until this matter is resolved

I was with rain for more than 2 years paying my subscription each and every month without any problems. I cancelled my subscription on 21 December 2024 with them as I was paid up until 31 December 2024. Now every day they are trying to take R569. 00 from my Capitec account. After I've sent the cancelation mail I called them as well to make sure they cancel it. I received an email stating that the courier will contact me to uplift their rooter and everything was done.

I just want to know how can they still try and take money from my account and who is going to pay all the bank fees? I also requested all email stating I owe them money as well as all my invoices from day one to see where I skipped or where I did not pay them in full.
