I'm paying rain services and it happened that I did not pay in September October and November I then made payment on the 15 of December. On the 24 my service was disconnected I called rain 4 times talking to them and they told me that the R559 that I paid was for September while I did not have any service rendered to me and now I need to pay R745 for them to activate my connection again. When I want to cancel they refuse. How is it that I pay an amount of 30 then get services for 20 days.im so disappointed and angry I will make sure that people know about this *******

I'm still waiting as rain tells me that I was paying for my account being active whether I was using the service or not I still pay 559 for being active. As for now I don't have any access to my services that I paid for on the 15 of December and now I owe them again for December.. I feel like rain is ****ming me my hard earned money l. I'm so disappointed
