I'm a new customer so I can only speak on the ease of subscribing to Rain I am still yet to experience there service. The call was good. They Called me back almost immediately to help me place an order. The only issue I had is the clerk helping me forgot to give me my password when he assisted in creating my profile but besides that no complaints . Will keep you updated on how the 5G service treatments me .
