*******ly debit account
Super bad. Debit my account *******ly before agreed date. Phoned many times. Email them with lots of reference numbers. They do not reply. Shifting from one department to other when you do phone them. They promise you the world and nothing happens. Overall bad service. one of my last reference numbers: RE: #*** - Snowflake-Voice ***

20 Jan 2023, 09:48I was told if I get the device after the 1 st of month I will only be debited at end of the month, hence it was a trail period. Listen to phone records. I want my money back or will take this further.
