It’s been 9 days since RAIN *******ly debited my account and they still haven’t returned my money nor responded to any of my emails. What does one have to do in order to be taken seriously by this service provider? All they know is to send generic responses but never an actual resolution. I WANT MY FUNDS REIMBURSED!!!!
